Victoria Harbour is known for its spectacular cityscape. We propose a future where the public and tourists can feel Victoria Harbour not only with their eyes, but with all their senses and hearts.
This is a spa that allows visitors to relax and embrace the vibrant city by the sea of the former industrial city Kwun Tong. With the conversion of the adjacent promenade into a new coastal recreational center, the area will be further revitalized and take another step forward to become Hong Kong's next central business district.
