422 sqft Flat, Tai Kok Tsui (Interior Design)

Design of a small flat for an artist and an architect who are looking for a minimal yet practical design. The flat is a "home and office" for this couple who need a lot of storage space for books, music instruments, drawings and artworks. It also requires two large tables for working and dining. Those existing partition walls have been demolished to create a "open plan" to make the small flat more spacious. Therefore, the bedroom and toilet are also using sliding doors. The washroom interior is using concrete tiles trying to give a different mood from the rest of the flat.
